BrandMonitor – Report & Block Listings

Whether you're browsing a regular website or a marketplace, this extension provides a one-click solution to submit a complaint about a counterfeit product or request a test purchase for quality control.
To report a product, simply navigate to the product page, expand the extension, and click on the "Complaint" button. The complaint will be automatically created and sent to the BrandMonitor system, where their specialists will process and verify the information to ensure accuracy.
For requesting a test purchase, click on the "Purchase" button to send a direct request to BrandMonitor. This feature is particularly useful for businesses and individuals who want to verify the authenticity of a product before making a purchase.
After each action, you will receive a confirmation message indicating the successful submission of your data. You can click on the provided link to access your BrandMonitor account and check the status of your request.
Please note that before using the extension, you need to authenticate by entering your login credentials from your BrandMonitor account.
